摘要:提出了一種圖像動態采集方法,用光柵位移傳感器替代傳統步進電機裝置確定攝像頭位置,將原來以步進電機驅動為核心技術的主動定位變為從動定位,引入光柵傳感器作為定位元件,省掉了驅動電源、步進電機、減速機構等裝置,大幅度減小體積和重量。用89S51和CPLD(大規??删幊踢壿嬈骷┰O計控制模塊,采集處理光柵信號,實時發送攝像頭控制信號。采用VHDL語言編制控制程序,簡化了硬件邏輯設計過程,電路簡潔,控制可靠??蓮V泛用于等距序列圖像采集、空間物體的多圖像定位、三維物體或場景的反求等。

Method of dynamical image collection based on CPLD

Abstract: This article presents an image collection method based on CPLD. It can get the position of the camera by grating sensor instead of traditional stepper motor. Thus the active orientation driven by stepper motor changes to passive one by grating sensor and it doesn’t need strong driving power, the stepper motor or the reduction device. It improves precision and reduces the volume and weight. The control system is designed with 89S51 and CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device). It gathers and deals with signal of grating and sends CCD camera instructing signal in real time. It also simplifies the logic design process of the hardware because of the VHDL. The circuit is simple and reliable. This system can be used in collection of serial images, orientation by multiple images and reverse engineering of 3D objects.
