摘 要:在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外圓度檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展及研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于虛擬儀器采用CCD攝像方式來獲取機械零件圓度檢測信息的方法。對采集到的零件圖片進行圖像處理,得到零件的圓度特征信息,從而精確快速的檢測出零件圓度誤差和相關(guān)幾何尺寸和形位公差,通過與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件或設(shè)計要求的比較,判斷出被測零件的圓度是否合格。實驗表明本虛擬圓度儀,非接觸測量,速度快,準(zhǔn)確度高。

Inspection on roundness instrument based on virtual instrument

Abstract:Following a brief review on the advance of national and international roundness inspection technique,the inspection technique of obtaining roundness of mechanical pARts is proposed,which is based on virtual instrument and Charge-CoupLED Devices(CCD).By roundness image processing,the characteristic information of round parts can be got.Thus we can precisely and swiftly test the roundness error and correlative geometry dimension and shape error of the parts.Through the comparison to the standard objects or design demands,we can estimate whether the part is qualified. Experiments show that the virtual instrument of roundness measurement is non-contact measurement instrument and is of fast speed and high precision.
