• 小口徑薄壁鋼管水浸法超聲波探傷系統研究

    摘  要:針對小口徑薄壁鋼管無損檢測的需要,設計開發(fā)了一種基于水浸式超聲波的雙探頭探傷檢測系統。論述了該系統檢測原理、總體結構、主要功能部件設計和軟硬件系統的組成,分析介紹了檢測軟件系統的功能,并對探傷檢測系統運行過程中由于振動引起的信號干擾等問題提出了解決方法,最后對系統進行了應用驗證。   關鍵詞:超聲波檢測;水浸;小口徑;薄壁;振動;信號干擾   中圖分類號:TH871;TH878+.2        文獻標識碼:A          文章編號:1672-4984(2008)03-0110-04   Research on water ultrasonic fault detection system for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes   LIU Qing-yang, YIN Guo-fu, ZHAO Xiu-fen, ZOU Li   (College Manufacturing and Engineering,Sichuan University,Chengdu 610065,China)   Abstract: A fault detection system with double-probe based on water ultrasonic wave is designed and developed to meet the needs of non-destructive testing for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes. The testing principle, structure, design of the main components and composing in software and hardware of this system were described. At the same time, the functions of the testing software system were introduced. The solutions for some problems including signal interference caused by vibration in the course of fault detection were proposed.
