• 小口徑薄壁鋼管水浸法超聲波探傷系統(tǒng)研究

    摘  要:針對(duì)小口徑薄壁鋼管無(wú)損檢測(cè)的需要,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一種基于水浸式超聲波的雙探頭探傷檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。論述了該系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)原理、總體結(jié)構(gòu)、主要功能部件設(shè)計(jì)和軟硬件系統(tǒng)的組成,分析介紹了檢測(cè)軟件系統(tǒng)的功能,并對(duì)探傷檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過程中由于振動(dòng)引起的信號(hào)干擾等問題提出了解決方法,最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證。   關(guān)鍵詞:超聲波檢測(cè);水浸;小口徑;薄壁;振動(dòng);信號(hào)干擾   中圖分類號(hào):TH871;TH878+.2        文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A          文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2008)03-0110-04   Research on water ultrasonic fault detection system for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes   LIU Qing-yang, YIN Guo-fu, ZHAO Xiu-fen, ZOU Li   (College Manufacturing and Engineering,Sichuan University,Chengdu 610065,China)   Abstract: A fault detection system with double-probe based on water ultrasonic wave is designed and developed to meet the needs of non-destructive testing for thin-wall and small-diameter steel tubes. The testing principle, structure, design of the main components and composing in software and hardware of this system were described. At the same time, the functions of the testing software system were introduced. The solutions for some problems including signal interference caused by vibration in the course of fault detection were proposed.
