冷卻塔熱力性能在線監(jiān)測裝置及系統(tǒng)研制

摘 要:針對目前冷卻塔分立儀器檢測方式效率低、成本高、無法滿足實時性等問題,開發(fā)一套冷卻塔熱力性能在線監(jiān)測裝置及系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)冷卻塔運行工況與環(huán)境參數(shù)的準確在線自動測量,結(jié)合Merkel模型相對冷卻塔熱力性能進行實時評估,利用3G模塊實現(xiàn)測量結(jié)果和故障的遠程短信發(fā)送。實驗結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)測量準確度較高,提高冷卻塔監(jiān)測效率,有利于冷卻塔能效的進一步數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。

Design of on-line thermal performance monitor and system for cooling towers
Abstract: As the most cooling towers are monitored by discrete instruments which is inefficient, uneconomical and hysteretic, an on-line thermal performance monitor and system was designed to measure the operating and environmental parameters of cooling tower automatically. The Merkel theory was used to calculate the thermal performance in the system. And the monitoring results and fault of the system was sent by a message via 3G module. The experimental result indicates that the system is precise enough and efficient for cooling tower monitoring and in favor of improving the energy-efficiency of cooling towers.
