摘  要：簡述10 MN疊加式力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機的工作原理，通過對橫梁、加載系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)以及測試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計，并采用新的力值加載結(jié)構(gòu)和滿足稱重傳感器、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測力儀的測試系統(tǒng)，成功研制高精度10 MN疊加式力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機。該10 MN疊加式力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機示值重復(fù)性不大于0.02%，力值誤差在±0.05%內(nèi)，相對擴展不確定度優(yōu)于0.1%（k=2）。

Preparation of 10 MN build-up force standard machine

Abstract: The working principle of 10 MN build-up force standard machine（BM） is introduced in the paper. Innovative designs have been done on crossbeam， loading system， control system and testing system； besides， new constructors to load force， and a testing system which meet the weighing sensor and force standard machine have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the whole system so that the 10 MN build-up force standard machine can be successfully manufactured. The performance of the 10 MN BM is measured. The testing results indicate that the indication repeatability is not bigger than 0.02%， force value error is between-0.05% and +0.05%， and the relative expanded uncertainty （k=2） is smaller than 0.1%.
