• 三原色染色法測定棉麻纖維混紡比初探

    摘  要:為減少纖維成分棉麻含量檢驗(yàn)工作的強(qiáng)度,通過三原色染色法,研究三原色染色棉麻纖維的色度學(xué)參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)與棉麻含量的線性關(guān)系,得出色度坐標(biāo)x的數(shù)據(jù)與棉含量的線性關(guān)系較好。建立三原色染色法測定棉麻混紡比的方法,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法顯微投影法進(jìn)行比對,結(jié)果非常相近,滿足快速測定棉麻纖維混紡比的要求。

    Preliminary study on determination for blending ratio of cotton and ramie
    by trichromatic staining

    Abstract: In order to reduce work intensity for the fiber composition inspection of cotton and ramie content, the authors studied the linear relationship between the colorimetry parameter data and the content of cotton and ramie according to trichromatic staining method. It is concluded that the linear relationship between the data of chromaticity coordinates x and the cotton content is good. So the trichromatic staining method was set up for determining the blended ratio of cotton and ramie. The standard method of micro-projection method is used as a comparison method, and their results are very similar. Thus the established method can meet the requirements for rapidly determining the blend ratio of cotton and ramie in fiber.
