• 基于FPGA的列車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向架振動(dòng)信號(hào)濾波系統(tǒng)

    摘  要:針對(duì)高速列車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向架蛇行失穩(wěn)問(wèn)題,為實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向架構(gòu)架橫向振動(dòng)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),保證轉(zhuǎn)向架穩(wěn)定性判斷的準(zhǔn)確性,提出一種列車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向架振動(dòng)信號(hào)濾波器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的FPGA實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。通過(guò)研究數(shù)字濾波器的基本理論,利用FIR數(shù)字濾波器的線(xiàn)性相位特性,結(jié)合Matlab仿真軟件設(shè)計(jì)出符合要求的數(shù)字濾波器,并給出Quartus II平臺(tái)上的波形測(cè)試結(jié)果。仿真分析和實(shí)測(cè)信號(hào)表明:該濾波系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)獲得較理想的濾波效果,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的正確性,且該文所提出的方法具有高速靈活的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和較高的實(shí)用性。

    Design of signal filtering system based on FPGA for train bogie vibration

    Abstract: For the bogie hunting instability of the high speed train, this paper proposes a design of signal filtering system for train bogie vibration based on FPGA in order to realize the real-time monitoring on transverse vibration of bogie frame, and ensure the accuracy of the bogie stability judgment. By studying the basic theory of digital filter, using the strict phase distortion and sharp cut-off characteristic of FIR filter, the design of the required digital filter is finished combined with Matlab. Furthermore, the testing waveforms in Quartus II are given. The results of simulation analyses and the experiment on measured signals show that the design of the filtering system achieves a better filtering effect, and verifies the correctness of the design. At the same time, the presented method in the paper has the advantages of high speed and flexibility, and high practicability.
