摘 要:進(jìn)行彈丸侵徹試驗(yàn)時(shí),試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備周期長(zhǎng)。由于彈丸內(nèi)部空間非常寶貴,測(cè)試儀必須做到微體積,其電池電量較小;測(cè)試儀需要提前上電。針對(duì)彈丸侵徹試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間長(zhǎng)與測(cè)試儀電池電量有限的矛盾,以往采用引出導(dǎo)線,在試驗(yàn)前斷線上電的方式。斷線上電需要彈體開(kāi)槽,而且無(wú)意中磨斷導(dǎo)線導(dǎo)致提前上電,為此提出基于微沖擊開(kāi)關(guān)的侵徹過(guò)載測(cè)試儀。測(cè)試儀沖擊開(kāi)關(guān)安裝測(cè)試儀內(nèi)部,不需要引出導(dǎo)線,在堂內(nèi)加速階段通過(guò)沖擊開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)上電,解決測(cè)試儀電池容量的問(wèn)題。對(duì)沖擊開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行沖擊驗(yàn)證和空氣炮實(shí)驗(yàn),其可靠性得到驗(yàn)證。實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析,該測(cè)試儀能夠很好地完成彈丸侵徹過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試。

Penetration overload testers based on micro-impact switches

Abstract: It takes time to prepare for projectile penetration tests. Because the inner space of the projectile is very small, the tester must be designed with micro volume and low battery capacity. As a result, the tester needs to be powered on in advance. To overcome the contradiction between long preparation time and limited battery power, the most common way is to switch on by disconnecting the lead wire before test. This requires the projectile be slotted beforehand, but it is possible to rub off the wire by accident. So, a penetration overload tester with a micro-impact switch has been developed. The micro-impact switch, instead of the lead wire, is installed inside the tester and powered on in real time, which has solved the problem that the battery capacity is too small at the acceleration phrase of projectile bores. According to the impact test and air cannon impact test, the novel tester is reliable and can be used to complete the data test during penetration process.
