摘 要:該文以發動機耐久性試驗為依據,對某新型發動機性能進行分析評價。參照相關標準,對某新開發發動機進行600 h耐久性試驗,通過對發動機功率、扭矩、油耗、活塞漏氣量、缸壓、機油消耗量以及零部件損傷等數據的測試,來分析該型發動機動力性、經濟性、密閉性以及可靠性等性能的變化情況及規律。通過測試分析,最終評定該新開發發動機各項性能良好,達到設計和實用要求,為發動機定型試驗分析及后續同系列發動機的改進設計提供參考依據。

Performance test and analysis of the newly developed engine

Abstract: The durability test has been conducted to evaluate the performance of a newly developed engine. According to relative standards, a 600 h durability test has been implemented to examine the power, torque, fuel consumption, piston leakage, cylinder pressure, oil consumption and parts damage. The test data have been used to analyze the changing state and regularity of dynamic, economic, airtight and reliable performance. The durability test indicates that new engine can meet the design and practical requirements. It has provided reference data for engine approval test and follow-up improvement of the same series.
